About the insurance
Rounders England, its Employees, Board Directors and Committee Members, Rounders England Officials and Volunteers; Rounders England Affiliated Leagues, Clubs, Teams and their committee members; and holders of a valid paid Rounders England membership. Seasonal, Team Membership Plus and Individually Affiliated Members, Umpires including RYLA, Coaches and Activators are also insured.
- Public and products liability - cover for your legal liability of up to £10,000,000 (£350 excess)
- Professional indemnity - cover for the club's, umpires or coaches’ legal liability of up to £10,000,000
- Directors and officers – cover for club committee members of up to £5,000,000 (£350 excess)
- Employers' liability – cover for clubs in respect of claims for injuries made by employees or volunteers, up to £10,000,000
- Abuse cover - up to £2,500,000
Retroactive date is 03/04/11 except for directors and officers which is 19/08/11
The annual policies run from 3rd April to 2nd April annually, both days inclusive.
